Identity is open. The structure can be drafted. It cannot be funded. Members
Structure workflows require an authenticated server workflow; no local mutation is available.
Who takes the risk
- The member is principal on all three legs. Inventory, yield and spec sit with them.
- The platform never owns the graphite or the ink. Fixed software fees only.
- If the mill misses spec, offtake does not take. Origin may already have been paid — that hole is the builder’s, unless a processor SBLC was written in.
- Yield is disclosed: 20 t in does not mean 20 t of graphene out.
